TRUST: Our web-based diagnostic review - experience BPU for free!
Our firm is very different and we'd like you to experience what we do and how we do it. We're different for a number of reasons; one of them is a new web-based diagnostic assessment called TRUST. We use TRUST with our clients to really make sure we understand and service their needs. And it's a process you can use right now to experience our firm for free!
Simply choose a topic below that interests you and click on it. You will be asked to complete your contact details and you will be given your own user name and password. We will email you to confirm those details, but you can start completing the web-based diagnostic assessment straight away.
Business: Strategic Issues - covering leadership and vision; business performance; key ratios and trends; what-if analysis; business benchmarking; marketing and customer service; retirement and succession planning; and human resources.
Business: Operations and Management - covering systems and procedures; financial management; budgeting and cash flow forecasting; outsourcing; taxation; and business compliance and administration.
Individual - covering personal goals and aspirations; family issues; saving and investing; mortgages, loans and other borrowings; insurances and asset protection; taxation planning; retirement planning and estate planning.
If you are to get the most out of this process you should be prepared to invest up to an hour of your time. However, you can stop at any time and return to finish it later, using the same username and password. These will be emailed to you as part of the log-in procedure.
The end product is a free report, which we will email to you. It includes a diagrammatic assessment for each area covered, together with an action plan setting out our recommendations. The report will also include all the questions asked, and your responses, so you do not need to make any notes.
