Michael Bishop

Director

Michael qualified as a chartered accountant in 1975 and is the Office Managing Director. He has over 25 years experience in providing business advisory services to clients principally in the SME sector. Included in this is a 5-year period as a partner in a national firm of accountants when the firm was the Cardiff office for BDO Binder Hamlyn.

His role for a number of significant clients is effectively that of a non-executive finance director. He assists with all aspects of their finances from budgeting to raising finances and corporate restructurings.

His clients range from small family businesses to a large group of private limited companies with a total turnover in excess of £50million.

In addition to his principle activities, Michael has a reputation in South Wales for dealing with business valuations especially in the area of dispute resolution and has acted as an expert witness in a number of these cases.
