Expenses & Benefits – Forms P11D

If your business provides certain expense payments and benefits to your employees or directors you may be required to submit a form P11D to H M Revenue & Customs by 6 July to avoid potential penalties of up to £3,000! Such expenses and benefits include:

Assets transferred to staff
Payments made on employees behalf
Vouchers and credit cards provided
Living accommodation
Cars or vans provided to staff
Mileage allowances
Interest free or low interest loans
Private medical insurance
Assistance with relocation expenses
Assets placed at employees disposal
