Peter Umbleja

Director

Peter is the Staff Director in the practice and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1979. He has over 20 years experience at partner level in the provision of accounting services to a significant variety of SME clients. During the period 1991 to 1995, whilst the firm was part of the BDO Binder Hamlyn organisation, he was an audit partner for a number of public limited companies with subsidiaries and divisions in South Wales.

Peter is a former President of the South Wales Society of Chartered Accountants. His experience in the SME sector has led to his formal appointment by the National Assembly as an advisory member of a committee which develops and reviews Objective 1 business support proposals.
