We are a long established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Cardiff, Wales.

We provide our clients with a first-class service - helping our business clients to achieve greater profitability, and our individual clients to enjoy greater wealth.

Due to increasing demand from our  high net worth clients, we have decided to offer Independent Financial Advice as an additional service line. We are therefore searching for an experienced IFA to come and work for us, and drive the business forward taking advantage of the excellent reputation we have developed in the Cardiff business community.

We have set up this side of our business in partnership with CharterGroup Financial Management who have extensive experience in setting up similar arrangements with other firms of Chartered Accountants throughout the UK.  In other words, you will have the help of some of  the most experienced people in developing and driving forward this type of business.

Job specification:

It is a full time employed position with a basic salary of £25K to £35K p.a., with a realistic OTE of £80,000 p.a. which includes a generous bonus structure, profit share, pension and health benefits.

You will be working with high net worth individuals and businesses, so professionalism, excellent presentation and appearance are essential. You will be expected to develop business directly with our existing clients, but also attract new clients to the firm.

You will have a track record of success, and will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of investment planning, pensions, and Inheritance Tax. You will have excellent communication skills and business development skills.
