COVID-19 Business Support Update – 25th November 2020
Cultural Recovery Fund opens Phase 3 of the Freelancer Fund
Phase 3 of the Freelancer Fund is now open for applications.
An additional £10.7 million of funding has been made available to support the arts and cultural sectors. The Cultural Recovery Fund aims to help and support businesses and individuals during these unprecedented times.
Another £3.5m will be made available nationwide across all local authority areas.
This phase of funding will include supporting those in the events sector working in corporate events and social events e.g. weddings. Freelancers working in sporting events will not be eligible for this phase of funding.
The fund will support freelancers working in the following sectors:
- The Arts
- Arts and Heritage Events
- Non Sport related events that have been significantly impacted by the pandemic
- Creative Industries
- Culture and Heritage
Please note that if you have received support through Phase 1 or 2 of this fund, you will not be eligible for this round of funding.
